Ameron Flora's French-style brasserie is dominated by warm reds and ivory and serves a rich buffet breakfast from 06:00. The breakfast includes 16 different sorts of jam, freshly baked croissants, smoked fish and egg meals with fried bacon. Italian coffee specialities complete the offer.

The alternating lunch menus include an assortment of hors d'oeuvres, a fresh salad bar and Swiss specialities. In the evenings, Swiss and French cuisine is served.
